Do I need to send you my medal?
No, the great news is you do not need to send us your medal. Our frames are designed to easily fit your medal yourself.
Do I have to include the finish time?
No you do not! Many people choose to just include the participant name and the date!
Is the front made of real glass or acrylic?
Yes. Every frame includes a real glass front, which provides excellent clarity and a premium display finish. Glass also offers better scratch resistance compared to acrylic, giving your race memorabilia a polished, high-quality presentation.
Is it easy to frame myself?
Yes! The framing process is quite simple and just requires you to tape the ribbon to the back of the frame insert!
Are there any medals that cant be framed?
The frame is designed to fit most medals but any medal that is larger than 7.5 inches wide or tall is not recommended. If you are unsure your medal will fit, please contact us and we will let you know.
